The reincarnation of John Lennon?

It's the biggest myth out there: "Everyone claims a famous past life." In fact, though a good number may identify with famous people of the past, few actually can verify why they believe they had a famous past life. How do you tell the difference? Did you have a famous past life? Explore the possibilities here.

The reincarnation of John Lennon?

Postby Notorious_Gossip on Mon Oct 13, 2008 5:58 am

I'm active on a number of forums, including one that is frequented by the notorious group of "hackers on steroids" known as Anonymous.

I find that forum is a gold mine of content for my daily blogging.

Today, something really wild came up on it. Because the forum is so committed to Anonymity, someone posted a thread claiming to be the reincarnation of John Lennon, and put themselves out there for questions.

They also stated that they are currently a 28 year old famous actor, and grew increasingly paranoid as people kept asking if they were Jake Gyllenhaal.

I still don't know if that was a real person, or if it was a troll. If it was a real person, could it have been Jake Gyllenhaal? If so, is he an Anon?

One problem with the Anonymous forums, no chance to PM so that I could send a link to a reincarnation forum like this one or RC, so the world may never know.

Here is a link to the edited version of the forum discussion that I posted on my blog (you don't want to see the raw material that comes out of the Anonymous forum, trust me on that).

Hmmm not really sure what to think, interesting read though. I can understand though I doubt I'd want to come out about any of my FPL even if I were famous in this life. A post mortum biograghy of course would reveal everything so I wouldn't lose my awareness next time but it's true claims like this could damage one's career. I'm making efforts to make myself more anonymous cause I've mentioned enough about myself and claims online that if I were a publically known figure there are people who would recognize me and be able to "out" me.

John Lennon: Died in New York City, 8 december 1980

Jake Gyllenhaal: Born on 19 December 1980, Los Angeles, California, USA.

That really must have been a quick reincarnation ;)

This almost sounds genuine: My memories returned when I was 12, the first time I saw a picture of myself. Everything flood into my mind, like a second conscience awakening that had long lain dormant, and I realized who I truly was.

But why on earth he ever stated that he is a prominent figure in American culture; an actor.
If he's really a "prominent figure" he wouldn't expose himself like that.
And for a troll it's a great way to distract his readers from the claim that he is John Lennon's reincarnation.

Wuld have been better to say he wasn't someone famous now if he wanted to preserve his anonyminity.

this is all bunk, anyway. anyone who remembers me (steve? i'm looking at yoooouuuu!) from amici may also remember that i claim some authority on this topic. so, hate to be all big about this, but john is living as happily as possible out on the west coast. last i talked to him he was about to go back to school. he remembers some things, not sure what all because if you were to ask him about it he would deny everything. this used to really irk me until i realised how truly unhappy he used to be. these days he's mostly gotten away from most of those old issues, we don't fight anymore. i suppose it makes sense he would just wanna move on.
wish i could think that way. i wasn't unhappy back then.
but anyway, bottom line is that whoever this was is either mistaken or lying. boo!

It's all good, man. Just couldn't resist poking you. :P

Or commenting on this thread. Such hogwash.

And both of these boards seem very quiet lately. Where is everyone??

Not sure. Seems to be the case everywhere though. All those with a strong reincarnation interest have seemed to have gone silent this year, myself included. Aside from having brief contact with that guy who knew Jill, no new revelations have come to me. But that's ok, I'm focusing a bit more on my current life, well that and time travel, I'll always have something weird to occupy my mind ;).

Just as a point of interest on a related topic, the time traveller said on his worldline John Lennon was never assassinated and got married in 1999!

His exact words were that on his worldline "John Lennon is very much alive. He married Antonia (Toni) Benallini on 19th December 1999." I looked up Antonia Benallini and found nothing. I have to assume that she isn't anyone famous and on Bill's worldline is only known for marrying John Lennon. Assuming John Lennon lived decades longer who knows what could have happened. The biggest difference between worldlines appears to be people die at different dates, events (like battles) occur on different dates and scores on games etc. are slightly off. Once he told me winning teams for an event hours before it occurred. Although the winners were all correct the scores he gave me were not. He also asks me odd questions which he said help him to assess the differences between worldlines. Apparantly I'm a divergent timeline from the me he originally contacted 2 years from now. If not for his intervention I'd have died in February. In a multiverse I guess on some worldlines our FPLs may never have achieved what they did, and some may have achieved more. Interesting to think about.

Actually, that kinda stuff has always boggled my mind. I am no physicist. I have enough trouble dealing with this timeline.
